Help with Ottoman Turkish birth records ..

Hi everybody, this is my first time posting. I need some help translating an old document that I found with my grandmother's papers. It looks like it is written in Ottoman Turkish using Arabic letters, and it may be her identification document. I am hoping it has dates and place names for my nene and her parents, but I have no way to be certain. You can see on the bottom is a seal and some stamps (and unfortunately some ink stains) along with what appears to be scribe's signatures. On the back at the top of the page someone wrote a few words and what looks like "1895" (in Hayaren?) but I can't make it out. So grateful I found this forum, I sincerely appreciate it if anyone can help. Thank you! Abel

Just a correction.. a friend noticed at the top of the back page where someone wrote a few words with "1895" might be Greek, if it helps. There was a rumor that my grandmother had some Greek blood in there somewhere. Interesting if it is.. Thanks. Abel

Thank you Etem. Yes, my grandmother's name was Sofia. Can't wait to learn more. So grateful to you and the grad student.. I can't begin to tell you how much this means.

Some more progress

Name: Sofia
Father Name: Lazari
Mother Name: Despina
Birth place: Dersaadet (İstanbul)
Registry Place(place where you registered): Dersaadet
Religion: Christian

in Turkey, when a woman marries, her registry place is transferred to her husband's place. Since Sofia's both places same, she either married a person in Istanbul or this id was before her marriage.

There is also some address resembling part saying cobancarsı (Shepherd bazaar).
I cannot find any cobancarsi in istanbul via internet, never heard it.

Sofia's father name is Lazari. (I am sure there is a letter "i" at the end, i can read that much). This name Lazari probably comes from the guy Jesus has raised from death.
Sofia's mother name Despina sound very Greek although a brief interet search reveals some Armenian Despinas.
Sofia's father Lazari may also be Greek origin. Armenians as I know of use name Lazar instead, a quick internet search revealed many Greek Lazaris. (all of them I saw are surnames though)

Also pls send date section to my e-mail, I can read arabic numbers, no problem.

I hope it helped ya.
