Glover in Persia

Dear All,
Very interested in the English family that moved to Persia in the 1860s
with the Army and stayed on, marrying Armenian woman.
There are several Glover branches from two sons Edward and maybe
William...the latters branch are in California, somewhere and little information is know about them.
Any leads would be great,
